About the employee lifecycle pathway
The pathway below provides colleagues with an overview of our provision throughout the employee lifecycle for Leadership and Professional Practice, this includes leadership and management development, and development for all staff. Throughout the employee lifecycle, we have categorised our provision under ‘themes’ relevant to university-wide priorities for consistency.
The intention of the pathway is to ensure a targeted approach is taken to the needs of the various staffing groups across the university. The pathway can then act as stepping stones as staff develop, progress and transition.
