Leading and Managing Change
Short description: Leading and managing change is an ever present aspect of any leader and managers role, whether that be leading and managing specific projects or business as normal. The UoL has developed its People and Change Approach, which puts people at the centre of any change process, to support leaders and managers in this respect, with many tools to support successful change, especially pertinent at this time of remote working.
