Interim 2021 Leaders and Managers Support

The intention of this programme of surgeries, masterclasses and workshops is to offer a pathway and flexibility for those who need support at different levels; from a specific time-bound issue that can be addressed in a surgery, to a generic leadership and management issue that can be tapped into through a masterclass, or for something more specific and ongoing to UoL that requires a longer workshop or Management Essential session. These can then act as a stepping stone into our leadership development offer, supported and underpinned by Wellbeing and Resilience. We are currently in the process of developing our mid to senior level leaders programme for launch in the spring. Please contact us should you wish to be placed on our waiting list, or require further assistance,  peopledev@leeds.ac.uk
