Navigator Programme for Men Grades 2 to 4 – Taster Session

This is an introduction to the Navigator Development Program for Men on Grades 2 to 4 to give participants information about the full programme to encourage them to enrol on the complete course. 

The Navigator development programme enables men to identify the practical and realistic steps that they want to take at work and at home, and then develop the skills and focus to do something about them. 

Developed in response to the success of its sister ‘Springboard’ programme for women, Navigator has been successfully used by over 7,000 men from all sectors in the world of work. It is delivered, to great acclaim, through a specially trained network of licensed trainers.

  • be able to enrol on the full programme which is scheduled to start in November 2021  

Navigator’ is your chance to:

  • Develop hidden talents

  • Start to make the contacts and support to make things happen
  • Balance work with home life

The session will be delivered on line and is an information session where participants can ask questions about the Navigator programme and learn about how it will be delivered and what is expected of the participants.

The programme is delivered over 3 months and consists of five simple, yet powerful parts: 

  1. A comprehensive and interactive workbook covering the entire programme
  2. Four action packed workshops spread over three months delivered online over 2 half-days each.
  3. Provision of real, relevant and inspiring role models
  4. The encouragement of effective networks within the group
  5. Peer coaching to progress through life
