The workshops are available to all staff and will allow them to better understand how to have difficult conversations and get the outcomes that benefit themselves, the organisation and their colleagues.
By the end of this event, participants will be able to identify why they are struggling with having difficult conversations and will learn the skills required to avoid becoming unstuck when having them. This will allow individuals to have much more progressive conversations and come to better outcomes.
The session will be a variety of discussions, case studies, skill demonstrations and breakout group activities. The sessions in December 2021 and January 2022 will be delivered online – details of future sessions and how these will be delivered will be available on the link below once they are available to book.
