Mentoring MS Teams Channel and SharePoint Resources

The University Wide Mentoring MS Teams channel offers a space to share resources and discuss experiences with other mentors. The channel also hosts a bank of tools and resources for mentors, and recordings of previous mentor development sessions. The channel is available to all mentors, and you do not need to be part of the University-wide Mentoring Scheme to join the discussions.

We have designed a number of tools that can assist during mentoring discussions and you can access these mentoring resources on SharePoint. These cover career action planning, identifying leadership qualities, values, reflections, unhelpful thinking habits and the Wheel of Life.
